چکیده

Pre-hospital emergency care is a healthcare delivery service to victims of illnesses or accidents with wide variety health profiles. Ambulances may be source pathogenic microorganisms if not sanitized properly. Considering this, the present study aimed evaluate bacterial community in different equipment and surfaces from ambulances used on pre-hospital verify antibiotic resistance profile isolates. For that, three were chosen unannounced visits, eight sampling points selected: wall inside vehicle, cervical collar, spinal boards, bedsheets, masks, earplugs, head blocks steering wheels. Pathogenic bacteria isolated, identified submitted antimicrobial assays. A total 144 samples collected, 33 species isolated. Among them, genera Staphylococcus, Acinetobacter, Listeria Ewingella. presented strains resistant oxacilin, isolated boards masks which are frequent contact patients rescuers. The results highlight presence that had been cleaned deemed free contagion.
